Workout Plans For Women

It all depends on how willing you are to commit to a workout plan that will determine how successful you are at losing the weight you desire. So it is important to find a workout plan that fits you as an individual. It does not do you any good if you hate doing the work out plan your performing because you will need to commit to it at least 3 days out of the week in order to see the results you are looking for.

The key to finding a workout plan that fits you the best is to find one that fits into your schedule and compliments your physical abilities. Start out 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week, and then gradually begin to work your way up to a more heavy workout schedule.

1. Walking

Walking is one of the best workout plans for beginners. Many women have tried walking to lose weight but were unsuccessful because they committed to short walks. In order to be successful at losing weight you must commit to long walks. Not only are long walks an effective way to burn calories and lose weight , but it can also build strength and stamina.

2. Cycling

After you have built up enough stamina from walking it is time to include cycling in your workout plan. Cycling is a great way workout for two reasons. One, it is very effective and two, it is such a fun activity it does not feel like your working out. I know women that have lost a significant amount of weight simply by cycling everyday.
